Project Overview
A 3000 sqft modern corporate office designed for a tech startup. Open workspaces, collaboration zones, a breakout cafeteria, and a premium boardroom with AV integration.
The Challenge
Empty shell office space with columns disrupting floor plan. Client needed 40 workstations, 2 meeting rooms, a cafeteria, and a CEO cabin — all within a tight budget.
Our Solution
We used the columns as design features with wrap-around planters, created an open plan with acoustic panels for noise management, designed a modular workstation system that can expand, and built a glass-walled boardroom with integrated displays.
The Results
Employee satisfaction surveys showed 35% improvement. Client capacity expanded from 40 to 55 seats. The office became their brand showpiece for client visits.
